Two new Tom Anderson guitars in stock now
This almost never happens but we have three (count 'em 2) very beautiful pre-owned Tom Anderson guitars available now. See them below!
Tom Anderson custom guitars are very limited. Their demand far exceeds their ability to supply. We don't get many but occasionally we have a few in stock. But while many "custom" guitar companies are quoting 1 to 3 years wait to build a guitar, Tom Anderson can deliver in around 6 months. We are taking orders for 2024 Tom Anderson's 40th Anniversary and we are happy to help you design your new dream Tom Anderson guitar!
We leave photos and info up on guitars that we've sold recently for your viewing pleasure.

Mongrel in Taos Turquoise
What's a Mongrel you ask???
It's defined as a cross breed between two or more different breeds. So what if you crossed a S style guitar with a T style guitar? Well, you're looking at the result. This Tom Anderson Mongrel is finished in beautiful Taos Turquoise over and Alder body. It features a contoured body like an S but in the shape of a T. This one has a Caramel maple neck with a figured Ziricote fingerboard and boasts an Aqua Tom Anderson "A" logo and the 40th anniversary badge on the back of the neck. The neck is an Even Taper +30 satin finished neck shape with1 5/8" nut width and medium jumbo stainless steel frets. But wait! It has a S style white pearl pickguard with an HC2 humbucker in the bridge, a SC1 middle pickup and a TV1 bridge pickup. So maybe a little bit of LP slipped into this Mongrel in the bridge position. What you have is a variety of tones from T to S to fat vintage humbucker and several combinations of those. The hardware is chrome with a vintage tremolo and locking tuners. Strung with 9-46 Elixir strings, it weighs 7.4lbs. Serial #04-02-24N |
Classic in Sage Green Metallic
Cool Sage!
Starting with a warm, rich alder body finished in beautiful Sage Green Metallic with Matching headstock this Tom Anderson Classic will stand out tastefully anywhere. The chrome hardware (locking tuners, vintage tremolo and volume and tone knobs) match perfectly to the metallic finish. The neck is Maple with a Satin back in Even Taper shape, a very dark Rosewood fingerboard with 1 5/8" nut width, medium jumbo stainless steel frets in a 25 1/2" scale length. The pickups are SC1, SC1, HC2 one of Andersons most popular pickup combos. The 5 way switch position #3 includes a choice of middle pickup only or neck and bridge combination. The splitter allows the bridge pickup to be in full humbucker or the split position giving you all the classic S tones plus a full, fat humbucker tone. This beauty comes with the Anderson G&G hard shell case with blue interior, Anderson "A" logo, strap, trem bar and all the wrenches. The serial number is 02-15-24N. It weighs 7.3 lbs. |

Cobra S in Black Wakesurf
|
Black and chrome. Think classic motorcycle, leather jacket, mirrored shades. Sleek high performance cars with rich leather seats. Tough, fast, edgy.
This Tom Anderson Cobra S is all that and more! With a smooth mahogany body and Satin neck in a 24 3/4" scale length it brings with it a warm, pronounced midrange tone. Now add a highly figured Quilt maple top that appears three dimensional in person and a Blackheart fingerboard for definition, clarity and punch with Matching black back and headstock and you have the basis for a truly superb instrument. The neck is 1 11/16" nut width with heavy stainless steel frets in an Even Taper back shape, Anderson's most popular neck shape. It's a neck built for gliding over the fingerboard with speed and finesse. The hardware is all chrome including locking tuners, vintage tremolo, knobs and nickel pickup covers. The HC1 and HC2+ delivers everything from warm clean and bright tones to searing, singing overdriven tones. The 5 way switch allows any combination of full humbucker to 'split' single tones, individually or in combination. This beauty is strung with Elixir 10-46 strings and includes the G&G Anderson hard shell case, strap and case candy. Serial number is 07-05-22N. It weighs only 7.1 lbs. This finish is extremely hard to photograph. The top wood is what would be considered A++ but the photos don't show the true depth and grandeur of this beautiful top! To truly appreciate it you must see it in person! This price has been slashed from $5208

Hollow T Classic with contours

This striking beauty is pre-owned in very good condition. And if you love T style guitars you will love this one which comes with everything you could ever want in a T.
This Hollow T Classic features an Alder top on an Alder body finished in Transparent Red to Dark Red burst. The scale length is 25 1/2" adding a bit of snap and definition. The neck is maple and shaped in a very comfortable Even Taper back shape with satin finish, 1 5/8" nut width and Heavy stainless steel frets that let you glide over the fingerboard! It features the classic TF1 in the neck and TF3 in the bridge for that authentic T twang and bite but with an VA5 added to the middle position to give you that 'out of phase, quack S tone when you want it. You can easily switch from those classic 'straty ' tones to classic 'tele' tone. The 5 way switch allows access to the classic T tones in positions 1 and 5 and the classic S combination tones in 2 and4. Position 3 give you the middle pickup only. It also includes mini switch that adds bridge pickup to the neck pickup when in the position 1. But wait! There's more! Hollow Classic in Dark Cherry burst
|
A mint condition Tom Anderson pre-owned guitar! This one is a Hollow Classic finished in Dark Cherry burst over a Swamp ash top married to an Alder body.
The neck is tinted Maple in a classic 25 1/2 scale length with 1 5/8" nut width and stainless steel Heavy frets. Here is what our people are saying about Deepwater Guitars and Tom Anderson Guitars:
"Oh yeah.... it’s the best. I just love playing this guitar. Totally spoiled now. I want to thank my dealer, Kevin Fallon, who was so gracious and helpful in narrowing my components. There is no one I would prefer when buying a guitar." Jay D.
Jay with his stunning Drop Top in Deep tobacco fade "I got it today! You were right, it is stunning! I love the reddish grain in the caramel maple neck, love everything about it. It plays perfectly. I'm glad they had already started carving the neck when I thought about changing the neck shape because it's great as it is. Thanks for your friendly and knowledgeable help! It's awesome, thank you so much." This is Talmadge's third Tom Anderson Its a Drop Top Classic in Arctic white with matching back and headstock and caramel maple neck. "My first Tom Anderson Classic replaced all my other guitars and became my go to guitar when I play in the orchestra pit. I wanted an exact copy but in Maui Kazowie with a maple neck and three SA pickups."
"I followed your suggestion and called Anderson with my question and I did get to speak directly to Tom, which was a real treat. " Anthony P. Here's a photo of Anthony's two beautiful Tom Anderson Drop Top Classics. |

- "Amazing service and knowledgeable partner for ordering a Tom Anderson guitar! I only put it down to sleep that's partially why it took so long to break out the camera and lighting and take these pics for you. Does your business have any social media presence on Instagram? I was going to post this myself."
